BlakYaks is 'Best Tech Start-up’ finalist at UK Business Tech Awards 2022
We are absolutely thrilled to share that BlakYaks has been announced as a finalist in the 'Best Tech Start-up’ category at the UK Business Tech Awards 2022!
UK Business Tech Awards recognise and celebrate the finest technology businesses across UK and reward innovative and exceptional application of technology to transform and grow businesses.
There were a variety of categories across multiple business sectors, innovation technology, teams (large and small) and individuals and in this year’s edition, BlakYaks have been recognised within the "Best Tech Start-up" category (suitable for businesses under 2 years old).
For our entry, we had to give a detailed overview of our company objectives and provide "real world" examples of how we deliver tangible benefits and a great customer experience, whilst overcoming the challenges of being a "start-up"!
The awards ceremony took place at the Montcalm Marble Arch Hotel, where we enjoyed a champagne reception before the gala dinner and awards presentation.
After a nervous wait whilst the other categories were announced, the turn of the ‘Best tech start-up’ category winner was announced. Unfortunately, despite our submission being recognised as one of the category finalists we piped on the night by start-up Evios.
We would like to take this opportunity to send a big heartfelt thank you to the Yaks team for all their effort and hard work they put in every day because it makes BlakYaks the company it is today and we are excited to see where we go next!
We would also like to send a huge thank you to the UK Business Tech Awards Judge Panel for considering BlakYaks worthy of a finalist position and to everyone involved in the Awards for its great organisation and hospitality.
